I headed over to B-rad’s place today to get some video and pictures of the barrel waxing process and prep work we’re undertaking before aging our wee heavy project. We recently had the boys from Taps Magazine out for a partner brew day where Jeremy, Brad and myself produced 30 gallons of an amazing wee heavy recipe. We’ve decided to barrel age it in addition to the 6 months in our regular kegs. Here’s hoping we don’t get an infection!
