    Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager

Mash at 154, ferment and lager. Produces a pretty bang on rip of the Italian bottles of peroni birra. Going to brew this one again this winter as my memory is a bit foggy on the full procedure. Will update as required.

Any suggestions on bringing this recipe down to 5-6 gallons instead of 12? Simply cut the ingredients in half?
